Summer is just around the corner and school is almost out! It’s time to prepare for some summer fun! This week I bring you some fast fixes for your beauty routine that will have you dancing all the way to the pool!

Rough Heels: Seek out a 100-grit emery board and start filing those cracked heels. This is an inexpensive way to work down to some smooth skin. You might have to find this emery board at a local beauty supply store if your regular drug or discount store doesn’t have one. Another way to cut down on your rough feet is to hit your very own kitchen! Find a piece of citrus fruit and cut it in half. Rub it over your rough spots and the acid from the fruit helps to buff away the dead skin. Make sure to follow both procedures with a good body lotion. Another good product to try is the Ped Egg found in stores like Rite-Aid and Walgreens.

Hair Removal: Want an easy way to get rid of unwanted hair? Try Sally Hansen’s Sensitive Skin Spray-On Shower Off Hair Remover. All you do is spray it on before you step into the shower then buff it away with your washcloth. Make sure you leave it on for at least 3 minutes. This spritz will cost you about 8 bucks!

Long Lasting Mani and Pedi: I was recently in Alabama speaking for an event when I had a little time between sessions so I popped on over to the local drug store. I was shocked and surprised to see a name brand nail polish in there called Borghese. Oh my goodness, it is so good! They used to only sell this brand in big department stores for about $20 a bottle, but I found it in the drug store for less than $10. It is the best nail polish ever!

Beautiful Blessings sweet girls!
