I don't know about you but having dry chapped lips is the worst! If you feel the same way I do then chapstick is a must, especially during the summer. When it comes to the chapstick I use to keep those dry crackly lips away it's Burt's Bees! It's all natural and leaves your lips feeling cool and tingly! There are several kinds of Burt's Bees, so try them out and see which one is your favorite.

One thing to keep in mind for summer and even for the harsh winter weather is sunscreen. Your lips burn just like the rest of your body, so try some chapstick with added sunscreen. It will help keep those lovely lips of yours moisturized and free from cracks! Banana Boat and Panama Jack (along with others) are waterproof and have sunscreen. Kiss My Face has a chapstick for more than just your lips! It's water resistant with 30SPF and you can use it on your lips, nose, cheeks, and ears!

Have you ever tried a lip exfoliant or buffer? Well if you haven't you need to! It's a wonderful thing to use once a week or whenever you feel like you need it. It instantly makes your lips feel soft and smooth, and wipes away any dry skin.
Bath and Body Works as well as Befine sells a great lip buffer/exfoliator. Try some out if you haven't already and find those soft lips underneath all that dry skin!

So grab your favorite lip balm and get those lips ready for the summer sun!

Haha, I just bought some burt's bees chapstick a couple of days ago! Guess it was the right choice! And it really does work well. My lips haven't bothered me since. :)
